Especially good for seeing what the city is planning. Things like, new housing, schools, and shopping developments that could impact the airport. By visiting the planning department you can also see the results of citizen workshops that were conducted over a 1 year period, in 6 neighborhoods. Their task was to decide what the future city of Oxnard will look like. In the final analysis these neighborhood workshops concluded that the OXNARD AIRPORT was an ASSET and should be retained.
